Program Instal-heat&energy 4 is designed for designers of central heating systems. It has been designed for calculations of overall thermal transmittance coefficients "U" (or thermal resistance “R”) of building partitions, heat loss in rooms and seasonal energy demand in apartment buildings and office buildings. The program can also select preliminary the unit heaters of central heating system from available catalogues.
Instal-therm HCR 4 is designated for designers,
installers, maintenance engineers and operators of hydronic central heating systems with convectors (double- and single-pipe systems) and radiant heating systems (floor and wall heating systems). It also supports the design and adjustment of double-pipe cooling medium circuits in air-conditioning systems. The circulating medium may comprise water or any of the non-freezing mixtures defined in the program.
Instal-san 4 supports the process of designing indoor cold and hot water supply systems and sewage systems in residential and public buildings. Data entry is realised by drawing a diagram – a schematic view, isometric drawing or by superimposing system drawing over plan view.
This program is a continuation and integration of previous applications Instal-san 2.0 and Instal-san 3.0 which retains all their features and enables calculation of water supply systems on the basis of only a schematic view or axometric drawing.
Instal-mat 4 is designed for drawing up and editing bills of materials based on data files (referred to as the calculation files) of the InstalSystem software package. These bills may be modified and appended and consequently transformed into material orders or offers and printed. The bills are saved to Instal-mat files, referred to as the projects. You can also compile bills of materials by selecting products from material catalogues without using the calculation files.
Package Manager supports the use and updating of the program and updating of catalogues. The source for the update can be a disk (dedicateds CD-ROM with update files) or the Internet.
The "Scan Combine" application is an additional tool that facilitates scanning a large map or plan of building (base drawing), e.g. of A0 format, when the user has only access to small size scanner, e.g. of A4 format.
